I am a proven real estate management professional with more than 30 years of experience. I create lasting relationships with my team and investors that consistently result in the expansion of asset returns.
Currently, I supervise 50+ site managers, marketing, and leasing activities on 2,400+ units in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Ohio. An updated list of properties is available upon request.
I have also been directly involved with property analysis, feasibility, acquisition of 14 multifamily properties in DFW market, and assisted in sale of 8 multifamily properties.
- Co-developed “Hurst Police Department & Apartment Managers Assoc.”, with Assistant Chief Steve Moore and Al Veda which has been implemented in cities across the U.S.
- Received numerous awards and recognition from the cities of Hurst, Euless, Irving, Arlington, and Grapevine.
- Served on the Civics Affairs Community with the Tarrant County Apartment Assoc. & worked directly with Janetta Vice, president of T.A.A., teaching leasing seminars for the Association.
